Join us at BTWC for a fun new Yoga class with Yogini Karen of Kamalika-K.
Experience a slow paced flow with gentle stretching and strengthening movements through sequenced practice. Practice calming the mind with breath awareness and attention to deeper stretches. The class is guided with intention setting, mindfulness & focus.
