Assessment and Treatment Techniques for Bodywork Practitioners
This series will be held at Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center and is open to all Body Workers who have successfully completed a basic course in Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, etc, or beyond.
Lj has put together a 20 hour program in a series of 5 classes on assessment and treatment techniques based upon Applied Kinesiology/Touch for Health principles.
Each class will meet once monthly, 9am-3pm, with breaks. Each individual month builds on the last, so should be attended as a series, in order. Make-ups for any missed class must happen prior to the next scheduled class and will be booked accordingly, as needed.
Fee for each session will be $75, per person, maximum 10 participants. Discount for the entire series paid in full, by the 1st class, is $300, nonrefundable.
At the end of this series, the practitioner will have skills to access the basic 5 factors of Applied Kinesiology/Touch for Health systems. These factors are thought to influence muscle strength and indicate imbalances in the body.
